Difficulty Sleeping – Volunteers Required For Study

By sleepcounciladmin on June 20, 2013

Are you a UK resident who has difficulty sleeping?

If so, you may be eligible to take part in a trial investigating the effects of relaxing music and guided meditation upon sleep.

Volunteers are required for a Masters Degree study which runs for six weeks, involving the participant to listen to a recording each night, at home, before bed. The recording will be provided and can be kept for future use, free of charge.

  1. Hello Andrew
I am interested in taking part in your study as I have very broken sleep patterns.
I usually wake every 2/3 hours and often cannot get back to sleep for an hour or more. I frequently get bored just lying in bed waiting for the elusive sleep to take over so then get up to make a drink, look at the computer or read a book!
Please let me know more about the project.
