Struggling To Sleep? Check Out Our New Sleep Leaflet We’re very excited about our brand new consumer leaflet on sleep ‘The Good-Night Guide’ that is packed with seven practical steps to achieving a good night’s sleep. It replaces our Sleep Good Feel Good Guide which was 10 years old!

Achieving a good night’s sleep is a problem for an awful lot of people, with some stats showing that just over half of adults struggle to nod off or remain asleep*. But, as our new leaflet shows, there are all sorts of things that can be done to ensure a good night’s sleep.

With information about turning the bedroom into a perfect sleep environment to dealing with stress and worry and eating the right sort of sleep-inducing foods, the Good-Night Guide offers the very latest in-depth advice that goes beyond the usual common sense tips.

Written in partnership with established author, nutritionist and health expert Yinka Thomas, the new Good-Night Guide also offers tips on relaxation and breathing, explains the potential benefits of sleep restriction and highlights the advantages of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The leaflet is based on Yinka’s in-depth book, ‘Get A Good Night’s Sleep – 7 Practical Steps’ – we recommend this if you’re hungry for more comprehensive information. For those who are tech savvy there is also a related iPhone/iPad app, SleepWell, which includes a whole range of relaxing sounds to choose from, a device to measure your sleep patterns as well as content from the book.

The booklet, the leaflet and the app are all available to download, free of charge, from our website here. If you would like a hard copy of the leaflet, please call our leaflet line on 0800 018 7923.

We hope you like the leaflet as much as we do!
